Required Skills : Extensive knowledge and experience on SCCM, Packaging and MS Intune End Point support through Active Directory, Intune, and Azure AD Create, Manage and maintain Software images for supported Desktops and Devices.

Perform Malicious Software protection activities in accordance with the Procedures Manual to confirm that all images are free of Malicious Software.

Notify customer of the availability of new releases, upgrades and patches for supported Desktop Software and Devices. Manage, schedule, and deploy the installation of patches on supported servers, computers, and Devices in accordance with Change Management Process and the Procedures Manual, in a fashion that minimizes disruption to End Users.

Confirm that testing of new releases, upgrades and patches has been performed successfully and maintain 95% patch compliance SLA.

Maintain hardware and software required to support and distribute the SOE, software installations and update packages. Create package for electronic installation of new releases, upgrades, and patches for TransAlta supported applications, where possible, or else perform manual installation.

To package applications for deployment to various workstations and server devices. To follow industry best practices for optimal deployment of applications and Application compatibility.

RBAC Access Management for Resources and Resource Groups. Azure Virtual Desktop Experience Good to have : Maintain and Automate Hygiene for ongoing governance on Azure (Orphaned Disks, Public IPs, Scaling schedules etc).
