Responsibilities
Proposal Development & Execution
- Write professional responses that are compliant, accurate, concise, and effective, ensuring final products are clear and engaging.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end proposal development and submission process, coaching technical content authors and submission managers.
- Utilize AI and proposal management software to craft and polish winning submissions, leading cross‑functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to create persuasive content that aligns with our brand.
- Coordinate with the Graphics department to develop design templates that elevate proposal quality.
- Lead kick‑off meetings and other calls, developing detailed action plans and schedules to meet deadlines.
- Manage internal proposal deadlines using project management skills, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
- Coordinate proposal production with internal / external resources, including editing, formatting, printing, distribution, and delivery.
- Supervise a proposal coordinator, offering guidance and assessing workload capacity.
- Support continuous improvements to the proposal development process.

Qualifications
What you will need to succeed
Minimum five years of experience preparing proposals and tender submissions.Post‑secondary education in administration, marketing, business, or communications.Experience with AI tools and proposal management software is an asset.Experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and large‑document formatting.Proficient with Microsoft Excel.Strong business writing, editing, and communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Knowledge of basic financial terms, budgets, and scheduling (e.g., Gantt charts).Organizational and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.Experience in a professional services consulting firm is an asset.Experience with proposal management software platforms is an asset.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint is an asset.APMP certification is an asset.Benefits
