You’ll help keep the heart of our store running smoothly by supporting product flow and delivering friendly, reliable service to both customers and suppliers. Through attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our departments are well‑stocked and ready to serve our customers each day. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out :

• Deliver friendly and engaging customer service that supports Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards as needed.
• Receive, unload, and distribute products to designated departments and coolers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Verify delivery quantities, inspect product quality, and report any discrepancies to the leadership team.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and general equipment maintenance.
• Handle merchandise returns, including skids and bins, as required.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Support store operations by assuming other related duties on a periodic basis.
