Job Purpose

Make combo packs by packing products contained in separate boxes into one box. Operate the box sealing machine and conveyor belt to move finished boxes through the combo process.

Principal Job Duties

• Prepare empty boxes / bins from folded corrugate or bins or single pieces of cardboard.
• Check the original box for damage and replace any damaged boxes.
• Move products from original boxes into a single combo box.
• Pick up product / piles and pack into boxes. Lift boxes and place on skid.
• Push combo box to the box sealing machine for taping.
• Generate and apply new combo labels to the combo box.
• Pick up the completed combo box and put on the skid or move it to the palletizer.
• When the skid is ready, generate and apply the master label.
• Send skid for shrink wrapping.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work units.
• Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
