Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the business objectives of healthcare organizations, ensuring optimal alignment between technology solutions and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and IT teams, to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and architect scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT architectures, including application, data, infrastructure, and security architectures, to support current and future business needs.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging expertise to recommend innovative solutions that enhance organizational capabilities and competitiveness.
• Define and maintain IT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while promoting efficiency and agility.
• Facilitate the prioritization and planning of IT initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to assess feasibility, risk, and impact and make informed recommendations for resource allocation and project prioritization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering strategic guidance and insights on IT investments, initiatives, and opportunities to drive business value and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT business architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex IT solutions in large organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in business architecture methodologies, frameworks, and tools, with a focus on aligning technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
• Industry-standard certifications such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or similar certifications demonstrating proficiency in enterprise architecture principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and build consensus in complex environments.
