Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and procedures.
• Coordinate with the towing and auto repair teams to schedule services.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
• Meet and exceed performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction.
