We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and work on Foreign Exchange (FX) desk projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C# and be passionate about developing new features for their trading platforms.
Role and responsibilities
- Understand key business requirements of FX, Rates Vanilla, and Exotic Products desks.
- Develop new tools and enhance existing ones, following commando standards (C# or Python backend, Excel front-end).
- Support trading tools (Excel / VBA and Python), including contribution, pricing, and risk & PnL spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with traders, providing daily support for trading tools.
- Work within a team of commandos to maintain and improve critical systems.
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with the Front Office users.
- Exhibit autonomy and quick response to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience as a Front Office developer working directly with traders.
- Strong proficiency in C# or Python for backend development and Excel / VBA for front-end trading tools.
- Familiarity with FX, Rates Vanilla, and Exotic Products desks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support Front Office users in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly reactive, with strong problem-solving skills and autonomy.
- Able to thrive in a team of commandos, working collaboratively to meet business needs.
