À la recherche d'une opportunité dans une grande entreprise où l'environnement de travail est rapide, dans laquelle de grands projets se trament?

Ton quotidien, en quelques lignes :

En tant que Spécialiste Support Technique , relevant du Vice-Président, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en fournissant un support technique aux clients de SteriTraces sur l'infrastructure et les logiciels.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable des ventes techniques pour garantir la livraison sans faille des produits et services.

Avant la transaction :

  • Gestion des stocks
  • Responsable de passer des commandes pour renouveler les stocks (étiquettes, ordinateurs, etc.)
  • Responsable de préparer et tester le matériel

Après la transaction, responsable de superviser les aspects techniques :

  • Pré-formation : s'assurer que les formulaires sont envoyés et retournés correctement remplis et se connecter avec l'équipe informatique du client
  • Sélectionner et expédier les articles au client
  • Informer les responsables des ventes des dates d'expédition du matériel
  • Répondre à tous les appels entrants
  • Support pour tous les incidents et dépannage
  • Fournir des commentaires clients au développeur principal, s'assurer de signaler les bugs au développeur principal et une fois que le problème est résolu, boucler la boucle avec le client.

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en support technique dans le milieu dentaire
  • Compréhension de l'environnement des cliniques dentaires
  • Bilingue

Your work environment :

Are you looking for an opportunity in a large company where the work environment is fast-paced, and big projects are underway?

Your daily tasks, in a few lines :

As a Technical Support Specialist, reporting to the Vice President, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to SteriTraces clients on infrastructure and software.

You will work closely with the technical sales manager to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Before the transaction :

  • Inventory management
  • Responsible for placing orders to replenish stock (labels, computers, etc.)
  • Responsible for preparing and testing hardware

After the transaction, responsible for overseeing technical aspects :

  • Pre-training : ensuring forms are properly sent and returned completed and connecting with the client's IT team
  • Picking and shipping items to the client
  • Informing sales managers of equipment shipping dates
  • Responding to all incoming calls
  • Supporting all incidents and troubleshooting
  • Providing client feedback to the senior developer, ensuring bugs are brought to the senior developer's attention, and once the issue is resolved, closing the loop with the client.

And any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior, relevant and directly related to the proper execution of this position.
