We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Scanning Clerk to join our client's team in the Insurance industry and provide essential support to their office operations .
Please note the location is in Sudbury.
As an Office Assistant / Scanning Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office and help with scanning, printing and digitizing documents.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 4 : 30 pm, and the start day is November 4th. (contract position until end of the year)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role in corporate enviroments .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detail oriented,
- Work within set timeframes
