JLR has opened a role for a senior candidate who is :
- A resourceful, dynamic, and driven licensed Architect (OAA) with at least 15 years of experience in professional practice using the Ontario Building Code (part 3) and CCDC 2 2020.
- Excited about high-quality custom solutions, innovative technologies, and alternative delivery methods.
- A true leader with a personal vision, a big-picture mindset, and strong mentorship and coaching skills.
As the Director of Architecture, you’ll be the visionary force behind the Architectural Discipline—driving innovation, setting best practices, and shaping a high-performance team. This is more than a technical leadership position; it’s a strategic role where your decisions directly influence project success, client satisfaction, and business growth.
