About your next Challenge as a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts

• Be responsible for the procurement of subcontractors including the management of cost, schedule and performance parameters.
• Implement sourcing strategies, assess supplier risk (including financial) and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop & obtain subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and / or services.
• Prepare request for proposal, conduct suppliers' conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write awards, and administer resulting subcontracts.
• Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
