Responsibilities :

  • Maintain project schedule using MS Project, track progress, and allocate resources.
  • Coordinate work and manpower for subcontractors.
  • Track job progress and invoicing availability, assist with health and safety documentation.
  • Manage POs, change orders, and billing input.
  • Present weekly reports to prime contractors and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison between buyers / sellers and Project Manager, perform administrative duties. Requirements :
  • Recent graduate or current student in a Co-op Project Management program
  • Preferably one year of administrative experience, construction firm experience is a plus.
  • Highly proficient with strong communication skills, able to interact with senior executives.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, diplomatic, enthusiastic, and proactive team player
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel, MS Projects), ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a valid class "G" driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
