Our client, a consulting firm, is looking for an Office Manager at their brand-new office located in downtown Toronto.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide support to the manager;
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with key members of the organization;
- Take charge of office organization and electronics filing;
- Perform administrative follow up, control of deadlines and reminders of all requests made to the team;
- Manage Calendars, including scheduling and organizing recurrent meetings;
- Provide assistance with special projects as required;
- Ensure the daily management of the office;
- Create and maintain technical documentation;
- Assist in improving business processes;
- Any other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Office automation College degree or diploma equivalence;
- Experience in a similar position (5 years or more);
- Fluent in English with an excellent grammar;
- Strong knowledge of technological environment such as Word, Power Point and Excel;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
