Our client, a consulting firm, is looking for an Office Manager at their brand-new office located in downtown Toronto.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide support to the manager;
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship with key members of the organization;
  • Take charge of office organization and electronics filing;
  • Perform administrative follow up, control of deadlines and reminders of all requests made to the team;
  • Manage Calendars, including scheduling and organizing recurrent meetings;
  • Provide assistance with special projects as required;
  • Ensure the daily management of the office;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation;
  • Assist in improving business processes;
  • Any other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Office automation College degree or diploma equivalence;
  • Experience in a similar position (5 years or more);
  • Fluent in English with an excellent grammar;
  • Strong knowledge of technological environment such as Word, Power Point and Excel;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
