Our client, a consulting firm, is looking for an Office Manager at their brand-new office located in downtown Toronto.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide support to the manager;
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with key members of the organization;
- Take charge of office organization and electronics filing;
- Perform administrative follow up, control of deadlines and reminders of all requests made to the team;
- Manage Calendars, including scheduling and organizing recurrent meetings;
- Provide assistance with special projects as required;
- Ensure the daily management of the office;
- Create and maintain technical documentation;
- Assist in improving business processes;
- Any other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Office automation College degree or diploma equivalence;Experience in a similar position (5 years or more);Fluent in English with an excellent grammar;Strong knowledge of technological environment such as Word, Power Point and Excel;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills.If you are interested in this position, please send your CV by email to the following address : [email protected].
