Sungiven Foods Canada is a specialty neighbourhood grocery store with carefully selected private brand products. We pride ourselves as a provider of healthy daily meals. Our products are natural, less processed, and contain fewer additives for families who love cooking.

Our Partners create a personal and friendly shopping experience in our stores. We answer questions, offer suggestions and ensure our customers know they are welcomed and cared for. We entertain customers and make grocery shopping an exciting adventure.
Responsibility:
Assists Store Manager and Department Heads with daily operational needs
Provides training and support to other Store Partners
Demonstrating outstanding customer service by greeting customers, explaining product features, and directing customers to find proper products as requested.
Delivering great customer experiences in an active environment with constant personal interaction
Educating customers on various Sungiven Foods products and sharing healthy options
Displacing, stocking, and maintaining shelves and display areas in a clean and orderly manner
Managing online store chats (WhatsApp and/or WeChat) and responding to customer enquiries, orders, or other product questions

Bring Your Background: While not required, the ability to speak a second language in conversational Mandarin or Cantonese is considered an asset.
