Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at our Red Deer, AB location. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and high standards throughout the property. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, managing schedules, maintaining supplies, and conducting inspections to ensure quality and compliance with cleanliness standards. The manager will also assist in recruiting and training staff, along with addressing guest inquiries to maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, with experience effectively managing a team and带一路 scheduling tasks
• Proficiency in overseeing laundry operations and ensuring quality cleanliness standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to address guest needs and support team members
• иб experience in hiring, training, and onboarding housekeeping staff
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is an asset
• Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as required
