Job Responsibilities

As the dispatcher, you are responsible from the beginning of the process to the end. Entering the orders into our dispatch system AS400 and building a manifest, dispatching the driver, following up until the POD is in the system and the order is ready for billing. To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well as our customers. You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries, preplanning loads for return trips, coordination of equipment servicing along with approving billable hours for payroll.
