Michael Green Architecture is a Vancouver-based architecture and design studio creating innovative, sustainable projects that push the boundaries of technology and construction. From cultural installations and private homes to residential master plans and university campuses, our work spans more than 20 countries and 400+ projects. We design for people and our planet.
Our team is internationally recognized for leadership in mass timber and low-carbon design, delivering some of the most significant timber buildings in the world. We work on projects both small and large—and always impactful—at home and abroad, from Google's first ground-up mass-timber workplace in Sunnyvale, CA to a new culture and community center in Gällivare, Sweden. Recent recognition includes Architizer's 2025 Best Global Sustainable Firm.

Applicants must be eligible to live and work in Canada and be based in Vancouver or Victoria, BC, both offering a unique blend of design culture, community, and access to some of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the country. Registration with AIBC, or eligibility for registration in British Columbia, is required.
Base salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
