Michael Green Architecture is a Vancouver-based architecture and design studio creating innovative, sustainable projects that push the boundaries of technology and construction to benefit communities and environments around the world, from cultural installations and private homes to residential master plans and university campuses. With 400+ projects across more than 20 countries, we design for people and our planet.

Our team is internationally recognized for leadership in mass timber and low-carbon design, delivering some of the most significant timber buildings in the world. We work on projects both small and large—and always impactful—at home and abroad, from Google's first ground-up mass-timber workplace in Sunnyvale, CA to a new culture and community center in Gällivare, Sweden. Recent recognition includes Architizer's  2025 Best Global Sustainable Firm .

What  you'll get up to :

• lead and manage teams in the coordination of large scaled and complex projects
• create and explore high quality design and planning concepts across numerous projects
• work effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• work in a team-oriented environment – mentor, advise, and coach a team of talented junior and intermediate designers
• promote and lead office-wide initiatives, and support marketing and business development pursuits
• instill and promote a culture of learning and development in the company with your empathetic leadership style

What we value :

Salary range : $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
