Position : Administration & Production Supervisor Location : Verchères Contract Type : Permanent Schedule : Full-time (40 hours per week) Salary : Negotiable based on experience, between $68,000 and $80,000 A dynamic company located in Verchères is actively seeking an Administration & Production Supervisor to join their team.
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a small unit, with only 5 employees. Our client offers : - Immediate interviews - Permanent and stable position - Comprehensive group insurance coverage - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Employer-contributed RRSP, up to 5% of annual salary - 3 weeks of vacation - Monday to Friday schedule, 40 hours per week (7am-4pm) Responsibilities : - Efficiently supervise administrative and production operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. - Manage the production process, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of operations.
- Coordinate production schedules and personnel assignments. - Supervise and motivate personnel to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage documentation associated with administrative and production operations. - Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure harmonious collaboration.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes. Required Skills : - Previous experience in supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards. - Excellent communication and team management skills. - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
