Job description :

A fast-growing company located near Drummondville is looking for a Quality Project Manager.

Under the supervision of the Quality Director, the Quality Management Project Manager will play a central role in the deployment of the company's quality system, establishing policies, processes, procedures and work instructions.

He / she will be responsible for implementing, improving and maintaining the quality system, as well as ensuring its compliance with ISO standards.

He / she will also be responsible for managing the schedule of internal and external audits, as well as related activities, to ensure rigorous compliance with established standards.

In addition to these tasks, the Project Manager will support change management and participate in the development of procedures and work instructions for the company's various teams.

He / she will play an active role in the development of skills and the mobilization of employees, by advising, coaching and empowering them in their duties.

Finally, he / she will contribute to the development of communication strategies and the improvement of the quality culture.

Skills and qualifications :

Qualifications and skills required for this position include university studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or administration, as well as at least 10 years' experience in quality.

Mastery of ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO / TS 16949 is essential, as is in-depth knowledge of quality management and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools, particularly advanced Excel, is required, as is the ability to work in French, with knowledge of English an asset.

Experience or knowledge of APQP, PPAP, production statistics, project management and internal or external auditing in the manufacturing sector is also essential.

Knowledge of CMVSS, FMVSS, D-250 and CARB standards, as well as mastery of software such as Power BI, are appreciable assets.

The ideal candidate will distinguish himself / herself by his / her dynamism, resourcefulness and autonomy, as well as by his / her ability to manage multiple priorities and the stress that may be associated with them.

They must also be able to tolerate ambiguity in a development context. Finally, he / she must be a team player with strong communication skills, as well as a positive leader capable of influencing, convincing and catalyzing the necessary changes.
