APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT
Position and / or Project Description :
SaskPower is looking for an individual with strong Service Now experience and capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements
- Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements
- Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)
- Develop changes on ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities
- Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements
- Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
- Assist in resolving technical issues
Mandatory Education / Certifications :
Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Mandatory Experience :
years of demonstrated experience as a developer and administrator for ServiceNow instancesExperience with the following products :IT Service Management (ITSM)IT Operations Management (ITOM)Software Asset Management (SAM)Hardware Asset Management (HAM)Performance AnalyticsDesired Experience :
Ability to integrate with other platforms such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, CopilotExperience with Service HubWork location : Regina, Sask. (Hybrid Onsite / Offsite)
