APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT Position and/or Project Description: SaskPower is looking for an individual with strong Service Now experience and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements
- Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements
- Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)
- Develop changes on ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities
- Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements
- Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
- Assist in resolving technical issues
Mandatory Education/Certifications: - Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Mandatory Experience: - - years of demonstrated experience as a developer and administrator for ServiceNow instances
- Experience with the following products:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Performance Analytics
Desired Experience: - Ability to integrate with other platforms such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Copilot
- Experience with Service Hub
