Duties &Responsibilities :
Onboarding BenefitsAdministration & HRIS :
Coordinate new hireonboarding in HRIS system.
Ensure timely completion ofI9 forms and EVerify.
Maintain HRIS system handlemanager and employee changes.
Communicate with employeesregarding questions.
Run reports on request.
Benefits and Retirement Plan Administration :
Prompt enrollment reminders through HRIS.
Approvebenefits in HRIS troubleshoot issues.
Review monthlybenefits invoices for accuracy.
Coordinate annual openenrollment.
Handle COBRA administration and ACAcompliance.
Retirement PlanAdministration :
Answer employee questions coordinateeducation meetings.
Assist in coordinating actions inthe retirement plan system.
EmployeeDevelopment and Training Support :
Assist with schedulingand coordination of new hire onboarding classes.
Maintain Learning Management System (LMS).
Talent Acquisition :
Assist with recruiting tasks jobdescriptions and postings.
PerformanceManagement & Recognition Programs :
Act as aresource for employees on policies compensation andbenefits.
Administer performance managementsystem.
Participate in award and recognitionprograms.
Other Responsibilities :
Maintain personnel files for compliance.
Keepstakeholders informed of pertinent information.
Performother assigned duties.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR orsimilar field.
Minimum 2 years' HR experience ina coordinator assistant specialist or generalist role.
HRIS experience required; ATS experience a plus.
Highlyorganized with attention to detail and urgency.
Integrity discretion and ability to handle sensitiveissues.
Preferred Qualifications :
Paycom experience.
LMS experience.
SHRM CP orPHR designation preferred.

Hybrid role : 3 days / week in office 2 days / weekremote (flexible).
