Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Training + Change Management Specialist for our Client. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the development and delivery of technical training programs for teams.

You will assure alignment and leveraging of common programs and strategies across the business along with prioritizing and communicating this to stakeholders.

You will have expert-level knowledge of standard software and a broad knowledge of Learning and Development activities and the many facets and insights into designing, developing, implementation and evaluation of employee training programs.

This role is based out of Edmonton, AB., but is open to hybrid (work from office / work from home) remote work concessions for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements : MUST HAVES :

MUST HAVES :

  • 1 + years working experience in a related role with proficient technical training, process improvement, change management and innovation experience
  • Experience writing and formatting course material and ability to provide adult education with strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management
  • In depth experience in the delivery of learning sessions in the most effective manner (group classroom delivery, one-on-one coaching, practice sessions, product demonstrations, roll-out workshops and synchronous virtual delivery / facilitation)
  • Proven working ability to update and maintain training documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical skill in the assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation of employee training programs
  • Solid experience in collaborating with customers, managers, trainers and subject matter experts to define performance requirements and standards, assess current performance and identify training and development needs
  • Capability to effectively work independently as well as in a team-oriented highly collaborative environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid skills in verbal and written communication
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
  • Post-secondary Degree / Diploma in related field or equivalent education / experience
  • Working experience within the legal industry is a definite asset
