Opérationnaliser le cycle comptable et budgétaire : Gérer et maintenir le cycle complet de comptabilité et de budget de l'entreprise.
Contribuer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels : Effectuer diverses analyses comptables pour soutenir la précision et l'exactitude des états financiers.
Préparer et présenter les résultats mensuels : Fournir des rapports financiers détaillés aux directeurs et VPs de divers départements pour une prise de décision éclairée.
Agir comme référence pour les questions comptables : Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements en fournissant des conseils et des réponses aux questions comptables.
Recommander et améliorer les processus financiers et les contrôles internes : Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les processus financiers et renforcer les contrôles internes.
Effectuer diverses analyses de données financières : Analyser les données financières pour identifier les tendances, les anomalies et les opportunités de gain d'efficacité.
Préparer différents rapports gouvernementaux : Assurer la conformité en préparant et en soumettant les rapports requis aux autorités gouvernementales.
Préparer les dossiers d’audit : Compiler et organiser les documents nécessaires pour les audits internes et externes.
S’assurer du respect des politiques et procédures comptables : Veiller à ce que toutes les activités comptables soient conformes aux politiques et procédures établies.

Requirements
Major Responsibilities : Safety Compliance : Understand, participate in, and support all safety programs and policies within the Milton manufacturing location.
Machinery Maintenance : Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production machinery, including high-speed packaging lines, conveyors, pumps, motors, kettles, and various other processing equipment.
Continuous Monitoring : Continually identify, report, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. Continuous Improvement : Participate in initiatives to reduce equipment breakdowns and increase operating efficiency by investigating, recommending, and executing modifications.
Equipment Adjustment : Exercise judgment in making necessary adjustments on equipment to maintain safe operations and quality control standards.
Record Keeping : Keep accurate maintenance records and complete all work order paperwork in a timely manner. Collaboration with Engineering : Work closely with the Engineering department on machine modifications and the installation of new machinery and production systems.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality product production while maintaining budgeted efficiencies.
Share best practices with other maintenance team members. Food Safety and Quality : Understand, participate in, and support all food safety and quality programs at the Milton site, ensuring all products meet GMP and food safety requirements.
Additional Duties : Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications - Must Haves : A college or trade school diploma / license for 433A Millwright.
Completion of a recognized apprenticeship and possession of a valid Millwright license or equivalent certification in a related mechanical trade.
