Overview

Join to apply for the Oracle HCM Functional Analyst role at Ritchie Bros.

Responsibilities

Support Oracle Cloud HCM applications, focusing on modules such as Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Absences, and Time
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTBI and BIP reports
Build, run, and schedule custom reports as needed
Work with Fast Formulas and eligibility profiles; experience in this area is highly desired
Configure application, evaluate impacts, and support releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements
Create and update configuration documents for enhancements and bug fixes
Collaborate with business owners / vendors / IT to analyze and prioritize requirements, following the JIRA / CAB process for development, testing and deployment
Actively participate in team discussions and projects across different time zones
Collect, correct, and analyze data for different People related metrics
Providing training and coaching to end users as needed
Set a positive example through attitude and performance, be willing to perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing / supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications

Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with reporting tools

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across various time zones

Flexibility to adjust working hours slightly earlier or later to accommodate EST / PST time zones
