Job Description :
Homecleans is looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscaper to join our growing team. If you have a passion for working outdoors, love making outdoor spaces beautiful, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties, ensuring they look their best all year round.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns and grass areas
- Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to landscape design
- Mulch, fertilize, weed, and maintain garden beds
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Install sod, grass seed, and other landscaping materials
- Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Maintain walkways, driveways, and patios, including clearing snow and ice (seasonal)
- Perform basic irrigation system checks and maintenance
- Assist in hardscaping projects like patios, walkways, or retaining walls
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping tools is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
