Industrial Windows Application Developer Job Details
The Industrial Windows Application Developer candidate will initially be working on the plant floor industrial software application called iCap. The plant floor application interfaces with other hardware including printers and scanners. This developer will be working with the application architect to quickly learn our client’s systems and begin contributing right away. A quick learner with an interest in all phases of software development and PC construction will do well.
Industrial Windows Application Developer Responsibilities
- Initially responsible for bug fixes in the current applications. Later will add to and create new plant floor applications.
- Be able to assemble PCs and interface to external devices through I / O ports.
- Supporting Project and Support Team representatives who handle installs and customer issues
- Be able to support the Service Team in interfacing to hardware, installation of solutions, and troubleshooting issues.

Must have knowledge of Windows 10 / 11An understanding of SQL Server including SQL QueryHave a good understanding of VB.net or C#.netAbility to learn intuitivelyHardware skills - working with serial ports, Scales, Printers, ScannersCompleted education in Computer Science / DevelopmentIndustrial Windows Application Developer Nice to haves
