Procurement Analyst(SAP)
Ourclient in the mining and metal industry is looking for a dedicatedand detailoriented Contract Administrator specializing inProcurement Services to support the EMEA region.
The successfulcandidate will manage essential operational tasks whilecontributing to continuous improvementinitiatives.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $36 to $43 based onexperience.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Workschedule from 6 am to 2 pm.
Hybrid work : Inoffice presence 2 to 4 times permonth.
Training : Inoffice duringregular 9 to 5 hours

Responsibilities :
Perform daytoday operations including contract and sales orderentry shipments and invoicing in SAP for aluminumproducts.
Engage in processimprovement initiatives to add value to internal and externalstakeholders.
Ensure compliancewith standard level agreements (SLAs) to meet customer and contractobligations.
Troubleshoot processissues and bottlenecks.
Participate in monthend reconciliationactivities.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent workexperience.
Proficiency inSAP.
Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite.
Experience in working within a multiproduct environment andstandardizing processes.
Adaptability to change and evolvingdeadlines.
Strong communicationskills.
Bilingual in English andFrench (spoken andwritten).
