As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with project teams to produce customer / user experience journeys, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
You will work with Product Owners and Project Team members to enhance the customer involvement in our project lifecycle from up front user research, to involving customers in iterative testing cycles.
You'll apply your knowledge and experience to create and maintain UI and UX guidelines for FCT's applications, with a focus on providing a modern and consistent experience to our customers.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE :
- Suggest strategies for and help facilitate User Research and usability testing for new projects or initiatives
- Collaborate with business and project teams to analyze and provide findings from User Research
- Create experience journey maps
- Create wireframes and prototypes for new initiatives and projects
- Enhance and maintain the FCT UI / UX Guidelines
- Provide guidance and oversight to Contract UI / UX Designers
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
- Bachelor's or Master degree in design, human computer interaction or related field
- 5-10 years recent experience designing the user experience for medium to large corporate websites and applications
- Experience in performing user research and usability testing, including experience with usability testing tools
- Knowledge on current best practices for creating responsive web and mobile applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities / projects in a fast paced environment
