The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you are passionate about the built environment and are responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects preliminary design through to construction and close-out. This role integrates understanding project objectives (design intent, technical requirements, regulatory constraints and client goals) with technical coordination, consultant coordination, project budget and schedule as well as MJM’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop scopes of work for new project proposals based on design objectives, technical requirements, and client needs along with fee comparison tables of previous projects informed by historical project data.
Coordinate all phases of projects from pre-design through construction and close-out.
Organize and manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, schedules, reports, and approvals.
Monitor project financial health through resource allocation, fee monitoring, and schedule alignment.
Facilitate project team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
Prepare site review documentation throughout construction.
Contribute to the development of systems and processes supporting project delivery.

Salary
Starting at $75,000 commensurate with experience.
