Application Managed Services - SAP Integrations - Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Technical consultant to join our Managed Services team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) who thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. You will work across multiple clients, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and non‑SAP systems while contributing to ongoing AMS delivery and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for SAP Cloud Integrations within multiple AMS engagements.
• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end interfaces.
• Configure message mappings (XSLT, JSON / XML), routing logic, and content modifiers for efficient processing.
• Monitor integrations and manage service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Participate in release management, regression testing, and deployment of SAP platform releases.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Document changes, SOPs, and user guides for client reference.
• Stay current with SAP platform updates and AMS delivery trends.
• Recommend best practices based on new product features and updates.
• Provide training and guidance to client stakeholders and junior consultants.
