ILSC Toronto Testing Centre provides high-stakes English language proficiency tests (IELTS & CELPIP) at locations across Canada. The Role :

ILSC Toronto Testing Centre seeks dependable, customer-focused, and highly professional Exams Invigilators / Proctors to join our team in delivering tests at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-orientated, and capable of working in a fast-paced testing environment. The Exams Invigilator / Proctor will be considered an independent contractor who will be scheduled on an as-needed basis. We are seeking candidates who are available on weekends and weekday evenings.

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Setting up test rooms and equipment at the venue as required
• Checking in and out test taker's personal belongings
• Checking in test-takers using IELTS and other high-stakes testing processes
• Administering and invigilating tests
• Cleaning up after tests
• Lifting and pushing / pulling bins that weight up to lbs
• Other duties as required
