Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Director to join our executive management team. This role requires an absolute sales machine someone who is not only experienced but also passionate about leading and inspiring sales teams to achieve extraordinary results.
Reporting to the President, the Sales Director will be instrumental in driving sales volume and pricing across all our branches, ensuring that we continue our trajectory of rapid growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Management : Lead and inspire sales teams across multiple locations, pushing branch managers to new levels of performance and creating a high-energy sales atmosphere.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets, working closely with high-level management and branch managers to forecast and manage sales programs.
- Training & Development : Establish a sales training program and train new team members at all levels, including door-to-door sales, phone sales, sales consultants and sales management.
Ensure all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
- Deal Management : Work on both residential and commercial business deals, collaborating with management at all branches to close high-ticket sales.
- Recruitment & Team Management : Play a key role in hiring new branch sales managers, ensuring we bring on top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.
Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service / sales focus with clients
Travel : Willingness to travel extensively between locations to support and drive sales initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in managing sales teams, particularly in high ticket sales and meeting sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and forecasting abilities.
- Willingness to travel and willing to do what is required to achieve exceptional results.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- A relentless drive to succeed and a passion for growth.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role

Schedule :
Head Office Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, additional hours as needed to achieve our ambitious goals.

Salary Range :
$100,000-$130,000 per year commensurate with experience. Bonus plan will be developed for 2024 and updated annually.
