Currently our client's key customers reside in the Pulp and Paper, Mining, Cement, Sawmills, Biomass and Asphalt industries.
As a result of their continued and rapid growth and success, they're seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Sales Director who will spearhead all growth initiatives to expand their market presence, products and services, and drive ambitious revenue growth.
Position Overview :
This role will encompass strategic leadership of the sales and marketing team, comprehensive sales management and proactive business development tactics to ensure the achievement of all growth plans within the markets they serve.
The ideal candidate will not only drive new business growth but also cultivate long lasting client relationships within new and existing markets. You'll serve as a member of the senior management team working collaboratively with all key team members in both support and leadership roles and embrace a team first approach.
