A community health organization in Oshawa is seeking a Full-Time HART Hub Outreach Worker to provide outreach services and comprehensive support for individuals facing homelessness and substance use challenges. The ideal candidate will have a background in Health / Social Services, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Compensation includes a salary range of $50,191 - $60,542, with additional benefits.
