Position : Corporate Receptionist Location : Downtown Quantum Management Services has an immediate requirement for a Corporate Receptionist with their professional services client Downtown.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused candidate with exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities : - Manage the reception area by warmly welcoming and directing visitors, efficiently handling inbound calls, and overseeing mail and courier services.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and presentable at all times. - Handle procurement tasks by ordering, receiving, and stocking various office supplies and amenities, including stationary and office equipment.
- Administer the boardroom booking system, scheduling meetings, and ensure meeting rooms are appropriately set up with the necessary technology.
- Maintain an organized inventory of technology equipment and office essentials to facilitate smooth operations. - Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including setting up work stations, equipment and IT access.
- Manage employee recognition initiatives by tracking anniversaries and milestones, purchasing gifts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle documentation of monthly credit card reconciliations and reimbursements for staff expenses. - Provide ongoing administration support to upper management and the administration team.
Requirements : - 1-2 years of previous customer service / front-of house experience, ideally in a hospitality or customer service setting.
- Post-secondary education. - Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
