This role is a fast-paced and demanding position that requires a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. Tight deadlines and multi-layered project coordination require a sharp individual with superb communication skills and someone who can handle multi-tasking at extreme levels.

This role isn’t for anyone who can’t cope with pressure.

Reporting to the Principal, the PM is a tech-savvy, persuasive communicator who can bridge the gap between the services we offer and the value we bring to our customers.

A powerful storyteller to help develop marketing initiatives and creative solutions for complex multi-faceted projects while clarifying unclear matters and articulating project objectives through highly convincing communication methods in both spoken and written form.

The PM works directly with upper management to create a result-focused team environment among various parties involved in all projects and ensure that projects exceed the high expectations set by all stakeholders.

You will often be amongst industry leaders and industry-leading professionals.

From estimating and job scoping to scheduling and coordination to execution, the PM role requires at least 4 years of agency experience dealing with various communication mediums including Print, Web, Advertising, and other design-driven initiatives such as presentation centres and trade-show booths.

The ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of design processes and various production factors and articulate creative rationale and strategy.

The PM position offers an opportunity to experience the full breadth of our design and branding projects while actively participating in large-scale project initiatives;

putting your skills to the test. Beyond experience, this role is suited for those who are competitive with a vision to move up into a Marketing Director role.

In this challenging role, you will review materials and information and collaborate with the CEO to determine the various production factors, concept(s), and cutting-edge designs.

You should have experience in translating and extending marketing and advertising concepts into project briefs and schedules.

Working within tight schedules / timeframes and activity coordination should be second nature.

You will be called upon to present project road maps and coordinate all aspects of client / vendor side requirements and production-related duties.

Concept to completion, you will utilize our project management software to guide you through each project while creating work in progress reports.

You will support / assist the creative team on a variety of projects related activities as required.

The ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for high design standards, as well as the ability to communicate complex and sensitive business matters to executives.

• Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client / project meetings
• Brand development and campaign planning experience
• Research, organize and implement effective marketing strategies
• Project scoping and the ability to articulate design intent
• Organized and process driven
• Punctual and timely
• Knowledgeable with branding and design
• Experience preparing proposals and estimates
• Budget management

Key Computer Skill Must-haves :

• Fast typing
• Fast with XL, Word & Powerpoint (Mac equal, Numbers, Pages, Keynote is fine also)
• Fast Operating System manoeuvrability (Mac / PC)
• Knowledge of Adobe products such as InDesign and Photoshop is preferred
• Proper knowledge of outlook / Mail related programs
• Proper knowledge of calendar / iCal use
• Proper knowledge of how emails / www / internet works
• Other computer / software skills are a plus

Key Soft Skill Must-Haves :

• Superb written communication skills with clear articulation capabilities
• Superb verbal communication skills including the ability to be my spokesperson
• Time management with the ability to oversee time for me
• Capable of aligning with the CEO’s vision and goals at all times

Compensation :

Compensation includes bonuses, perks

Range between $26-$38 / hour (based on experience and skill)
