Statement of Work
Services :
- Assist with creating the existing work breakdown into a comprehensive working plan.
- Coordinate daily scrum huddles encouraging lean agile software development principles.
- Coordinate work with members of various stakeholder groups.
- Highlight and escalate issues and blockers appropriately.
- Assist with creating and maintaining a robust high-level Gantt and RAG status dashboard reporting to Senior management.
- Other activities and deliverables, as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- A minimum of ten (10) years demonstrated experience in assisting IT projects in large organizations.
- Demonstrated experience JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and / or similar collaborative delivery tools.
- Demonstrated experience with supporting teams through various types of testing including, disaster recovery, performance / load, functional and full regression.
Additional Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience in Agile projects (SCRUM).
- Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience with delivery in SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience with DevOps (Jenkins, GitHUB).
- Software development background.
