OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our Operations Manager loves to enable amazing customer service experiences and solve problems. Duties Of The Role

• Lead Fulfillment Centre (FC) team
• Manage daily operations within the Fulfillment Centre; order fulfillment, inbound operations, inventory control
• Key operational liaison with Customer Service Team, Customers and Transportation partners
• Health & Safety
• Inventory Control
• Process Improvement
• Recruit, Lead & Mentor FC Team

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• College Diploma/University degree with 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, automated, case pick distribution environment
• In depth knowledge and record of leveraging the capabilities of Warehouse Management Systems
• Proven success in leading and developing high performing teams
• Material Handling equipment operation experience
• A strong inclination for continuous improvement
• A demonstrated history of meeting commitments and achieving success
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements of business (ie. working occasional Sundays)
