As the Manager, Strategic Finance (Global FP&A and IR), you will

Global FP&A Develop and maintain 3+ year enterprise-wide financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to evaluate various business outcomes and their financial implications.

Build and enhance financial models to evaluate business performance, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry changes to identify opportunities and risks for the business.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis to support key stakeholders. Support the delivery of annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts and long-term strategic planning efforts.

Provide cross functional assistance to other teams to support new and ongoing business initiatives. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment on financial goals.

Investor Relations Assist in the preparation of investor communications, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and quarterly reports.

Collaborate with the Director, Strategic Finance, to respond to investor inquiries and analyse market trends affecting investor sentiment.

Manage all investor relations record keeping needs, which include investor meeting notes and correspondence, external and internal disclosure-related documents.

Support and / or lead competitive analysis, peer benchmarking and quarterly peer earnings summaries. Support shareholder targeting efforts, including identifying and analysing prospective shareholders.

You would be the best fit for this role if you provide

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance; CPA, MBA, or CFA is an asset. 5 years of experience, preferably with a publicly traded company, global organization, public accounting firm, management consulting, or investment banking.

Proven expertise in financial modelling, 3+ year forecasting, and scenario planning. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical reporting tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills;

ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Strong business acumen and ability to gain a deep understanding of total business operations.

Experience in investor relations and supporting public company financial reporting preferred. Experience or knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Manufacturing Planning is an asset.

Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to business strategy discussions. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
