As our innovative business grows rapidly, we are seeking a Warehouse Shipper to join our team in Richmond, BC . Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Shipping Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and safe shipment of customer orders while maintaining food safety, quality, and warehouse standards in a cold chain environment.

Position Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 10am-6 : 30pm

Wage : $23 / hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Palletize, stage, wrap, and label pallets daily
• Ensure all orders are correctly packed, labeled, and invoiced prior to shipment / pick up
• Confirm all shipments are picked up as scheduled
• Operate warehouse equipment (walkies, forklifts, OPR) safely to move and load product
• Adhere to GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and all food safety and quality standards
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized shipping / working areas
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report any issues related to food safety, product quality, equipment, or personnel safety to the supervisor
• Maintain shipping equipment to Intercity Packers standards
• Perform other related department duties as assigned
