Overview
Job Title : FSO Engineer – L1 / Desktop Support Technician
Location : Brampton, ON
Provide Level 1 desktop and end-user support across Windows and macOS environments. Responsible for device imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, asset management, and new hire onboarding. Deliver walk-up, remote, and VIP support while coordinating with vendors for hardware repair, refresh, and logistics. Requires strong customer service skills, basic networking knowledge, and a willingness to travel between office locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Image, deploy, and support Windows 10 and macOS devices
- Provide walk-up, remote, and VIP desktop support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
- Coordinate repairs, shipping, depot services, and vendors
- Support A / V systems and perform health checks
- Handle service tickets from open to closure
- Assist with new hire onboarding and hardware provisioning
- Generate weekly inventory and asset reports
