KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
The Performance Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting and growing FOX’s digital demand and eCommerce performance. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, curious, and motivated to grow, with a strong foundation in paid media and an interest in exploring new ways to drive revenue and brand impact. This position reports to the Manager of eCommerce.
You will support the Bike division as your primary focus, while also contributing to select Powersports initiatives. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will help execute, monitor, and improve performance marketing efforts across paid and emerging digital channels.
This role offers exposure to a global, multi-brand, multi-national eCommerce business and is well-suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, experimentation, and learning through execution. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond the obvious, is willing to get their hands dirty, and isn’t afraid to test new ideas. Failure is viewed as part of the learning process, not something to avoid.
OUR TEAM :
You will be part of the in-house engine behind our digital marketing efforts helping push both brand value and eCommerce revenue forward.
Our team is multinational, this position is an in-office role with members based in either our Burnaby, BC or Scottsdale, AZ office. We manage a diverse portfolio of B2B, B2C, and Pro Deal websites across the globe for our five core mountain bike brands.
We work within the Marketing team and have close ties to Sales, Creative, Finance and Customer Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Performance Marketing Strategy
Own the digital advertising strategy across paid channels, including how and where media is invested to drive brand growth and eCommerce performance.
Define campaign structure, audience approach, funnel strategy, and budget allocation across channels in alignment with broader marketing and eCommerce objectives.
Translate business goals into clear execution plans, briefs, and testing roadmaps for agency partners.
Evaluate performance results and agency recommendations, making informed decisions on optimization and prioritization.
Continuously refine strategy based on performance data, learnings, and evolving platform capabilities.
Performance Marketing Execution
Lead the execution of paid digital campaigns across core channels such as Meta and Google, in partnership with external agencies.
Maintain campaign structure, budgets, and pacing aligned to business objectives.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact with performance marketing agencies.

Testing & Channel Exploration
Develop and maintain a structured testing framework for new campaign approaches, creative formats, and audiences.
Explore and recommend additional digital channels or tactics that may drive incremental revenue or awareness.
Document test outcomes and key learnings to inform future decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with eCommerce, Creative, and Brand teams to support campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal moments. Ensure performance efforts are aligned with brand guidelines and overall marketing direction. Contribute to planning discussions with insights from campaign performance and testing.
REQUIREMENTS :
Hands-on experience developing and executing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta and Google platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, analytics platforms (e.g. GA4), and how they are used to evaluate performance.
Experience developing strategies and execution plans informed by performance data and insights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable monitoring and pacing against annual advertising budgets.
Nice to haves
Knowledge or interest in the bike industry would help but is not required.
Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
Experience with server-side 1st party data (implementation or use).
Advertising familiarity on TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit.
Experience supporting or working with external agencies.
Exposure to eCommerce or DTC marketing environments.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Paid media campaigns are well-organized, on track, and improving over time. Opportunities surfaced are turned into actionable plans and executed regularly. Agency partners are supported with clear direction and timely feedback. Performance insights are clearly communicated to internal stakeholders. Testing initiatives lead to documented learnings and incremental improvements. Global eCommerce revenue is growing in a profitable and sustainable way.
Compensation Range
$55,521 - $76,340 CAD
The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed above and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
