As a Bilingual Customer Service Government Representative , you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. Thanks to the equipment delivery and the team dedicated to support you, you will be able to start your training and grow your career right from the comfort of your own home

Qualifications :
Eligibility criteria : Be available during the following business hours : Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm. (EST). Full-time (35 à 40 hours) and part-time (20 hours) positions are available.
Training start date : January 20th, 2026
