Summary of Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Participate in team preparation of monthly and weekly performance reviews (schedule and cost) using the Earned Value Management system.
• Periodically monitor expenses (hours, materials, etc.) to ensure proper program visibility.
• Analyze critical paths, interpret results, and facilitate follow‑up to find alternative solutions with the project management team.
• Monitor and verify budgets in collaboration with the project control agent.
• Facilitate meetings to review staffing requirements against team capacity.
• Ensure best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement of the project management system for commercial programs.
