About the Opportunity

White Rock Iron is looking for a full‑time Metal Fabricator based on‑site in Delta, BC . This role is offered on either a day shift (6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 45 p.m., Monday to Friday) or an afternoon shift (four 10‑hour shifts from 2 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 30 a.m., Monday to Thursday), with candidates expected to work a consistent assigned shift.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting shop‑based fabrication operations by producing high‑quality structural steel components while contributing to safe, efficient, and collaborative workflows.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing structural steel components from shop drawings, supporting both day and afternoon shifts while working closely with fellow fabricators and apprentices.

Responsibilities

About You

To qualify, you will need a Red Seal Metal Fabricator (Fitter) certification or an equivalent trade qualification, along with 3+ years of experience working in a structural steel or metal fabrication shop environment .
