Position : Inside Sales
Location : Vaughan, ON
Salary : $65,000 Yearly
Industry : Manufacturing / Project Coordinator / Inside Sales
Employment Term : Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive experience
- Enter all orders in a timely manner and communicate the information to the respective personnel
- Support ongoing sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations, etc.
- Assist customers and sales representatives with product information and other inquiries
- Produce sales reports as required
- Occasionally travel may be required to assist with trade shows
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience :
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- University or College Degree, with a focus on sales / marketing, is an asset
- Experience in the lighting or architectural industry is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
