Short Mix Technician

Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.

Shifts Available : Day and Afternoon (changes every other week)

Compensation : 22.00 / hr CAD

Principal Accountabilities

• This position is responsible for the manufacturing and shipping of animal feed
• Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e., pellet mills, receives ingredients by truck, load finished goods into trucks, monitor ingredients inventory levels.
• Manufacture products to ensure that they meet specifications, and HACCP (Hazard Assessment And Critical Control Points) requirements.
• Schedule production based on customer demands (Mixer)
• Schedule runs per CFIA guidelines
• Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned
