Location : Oakville, On

Job Responsibilities :

  • Review the terms and conditions of the prime contract to ensure risks are identified and meet DCC guidelines.
  • Execute prime contract and compliance documents (WSIB, insurance, bonds).
  • Generate and execute subcontract agreements.
  • Maintain subcontract compliance requirements during the life of the project.
  • Review and process invoices within View Point (ERP System) and submit to customers for payment.
  • Review and process subcontract payment certificates within View Point (ERP System) and submit to subcontractors.
  • Review and process cheque runs.
  • Special department projects as required.
  • Supporting the project teams by facilitating inquiries and assisting with processing issues.
  • Project reconciliations as required.

Requirements :

  • Post-Secondary School Diploma in business or accounting, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with View Point or comparable ERP is considered an asset.
  • SAP experience an asset.
  • Experience within the construction industry is an asset.
  • Ability to coordinate and professionally communicate with direct team members, project managers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • A high level of customer service is required.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office including intermediate / advanced knowledge of excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on changing environments.
