Responsibilities :

Provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service to customers, drivers, and management
Dealing with paperwork, filing, scanning, data entry
Working on the computer using Word, Excel and Outlook
Answer phones and take messages
Manage visitor / contractor sign in book
Create and manage mail shipments
Ability to create Word / Excel documents
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Assets :

Must have a flexible schedule

Good communication skills and presents well

Computer skills to use Excel, Word, Outlook

Work well within a small team as well as work independently

SAP / ERP experience is an asset
