- Provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service to customers, drivers, and management
- Dealing with paperwork, filing, scanning, data entry
- Working on the computer using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Answer phones and take messages
- Manage visitor / contractor sign in book
- Create and manage mail shipments
- Ability to create Word / Excel documents
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

- Must have a flexible schedule
- Good communication skills and presents well
- Computer skills to use Excel, Word, Outlook
- Work well within a small team as well as work independently
- SAP / ERP experience is an asset
